BARRE
Monday 5:30pm
Barre is the perfect combination of ballet, strength, and flexibility, combined into a cardio format without jumping or impact on the joints. Barre workouts are accessible to everyone. Classes are fun and upbeat; this is a high energy workout to motivating music. This barre class will focus on the bottom half of the body, especially the booty.

CARDIO BOXING (VYPA)
Monday 6:30pm
VYPA® is a high energy, hardcore workout featuring boxing, cardio & sculpting all set to an epic hip hop & electronic playlist. Its fun, its wild and its hard AF. Expect to drip in sweat as you lay down a tonne of jumping jacks & kick ass with some swift boxing combos. Join the VYPA tribe & get your mind, body & soul into the sickest shape ever.

PILATES
Tuesday 5:30pm
Control is the name of the game and your body will become stronger, changing the way you move for the better. Pilates focuses on correctly aligning the body using specialised exercises to improve muscle tone, flexibility and strength.

DANCE CARDIO
Tuesday 6:30pm
Dance cardio is our absolute favourite! We roll through all types of music, from the Top 40 to the best of the 80s. Using repetitive dance movement, we bring up that heart rate while enjoying the company of friends. No one is embarrassed here; we are all having too much fun!

YOGA
Wednesday 5:30pm
This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. All of the classes at Eleven Body and Mind attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.

CARDIO (POP) PILATES
Wednesday 6:30pm
POP Pilates in an incredible fusion of ab-chiselling and total body defining moves choreographed to your favourite pop hits. This intense, mat-based workout challenges students to rhythmically flow from one exercise to the next, developing a rock solid core while leaving no muscle untouched. This format takes classical Pilates to the next level like you’ve never seen before.
